A big signal that school is approaching is .... my birthday. :) Often times school has already started - needless to say, it is always a busy busy time of year. The Young Women made me this awesome sign that made my day. I spent some great times with my family and my TyTy threw me a surprise party with all my favorite friends. Getting old CAN be lotsa fun!
Marissa's first day as a JUNIOR! I am still in shock that she is 16! She is excited for a great year with classes like: Medical Anatomy, Zoology, AP English, Creative Writing, Spanish. She also took Photography and Zumba - I kept telling her to take some "easier" classes. haha. Of course, Medical Anatomy is her favorite - with AP English a close second. She's a good student, that's for sure. (Oh yeah - she also has math in her schedule - which I know she'll appreciate that I left off!) Love this beautiful girl!
Krystal's first day of 3rd GRADE! She was worried to not have her BFF Aeryn Peterson in her class this year - but determined to make new friends and do her best. She is happy and social and at her best with lots of attention. :) She has a great sense of style and loves to talk and talk and talk! She keeps us smiling with her spunk and sweetness and we just love her to pieces!
Our stud muffin Aaron. Here he is on his first day of SIXTH GRADE!! We only got him ONE new shirt to start the school year off - and he spilled toothpaste on it this first day of school (which I only noticed just as we were getting ready to leave) - so he ran up and grabbed the first shirt he could find. He grows out of clothes and shoes faster than we can buy them - only able to wear them for a few months before he's outgrown them! Seriously - never knew a kid could grow so fast! Aaron is fun-loving, active, loyal, kind and just all around great kid. We love having him around and know he will have a great year!
