Hollywood Connection - Krystal's 9th Birthday - April 2014

For Krystal's 9th Birthday - we went to Hollywood Connection with our family and Krystal's friend, Kara.  The pics are all from our cell phones - but, really show what a great time we had.  

My kiddos call this the crazy bus - it basically goes around and around (up and down) in both directions over and over.  Every time they came to the front again - I was there to witness their several facial expressions.  I was laughing so hard that most of the pics didn't turn out.  But - I tell ya what - when Marissa and Aaron hang together -- it is funny zone.  And a party.  Krystal is true to form with the nonstop chatter and giggles.  :)

 

 

This ride is hot air balloons that circle around and can be spun by the riders as well.  I love that my T-man gets right in with the action.  And, yes - his tongue was out the ENTIRE time (well - as long as he was working on spinning that wheel - so, you know - the entire time).  hahahahaha.  I'm so glad I was able to get a picture that turned out okay.  I really loved watching that. ;)

Krystal and Kara could not get enough of the Spider Stompin' arcade game - and between the two of them - were REALLY good at it.  They played it for a long while.  Long enough that my two oldies started being crazier and crazier.  They crammed into this school bus in honor of Grampa Brent who was feeling pretty ready for school to end so he could have a break from bus driving.  Claustrophobia, yeah?

 

A good, old fashioned merry-go-round.  Krystal LOVED the animal she got - like it was her pet.  I have no idea what it even is!  A reindeer, maybe?  haha.  Marissa was way into the show "Merlin" at this time so naturally migrated to the dragon.  And the smiling panda is hilariously creepy.  Nice choice, Aaron.  lol.

 

Me and the hubs watching our kids play and smile and laugh  =  happiness.

This ride was the favorite.  And they rode it lots and lots and lots and lots.  Love their smiles!

 

At one point the kids kinda separated and did their own things - so, I was running around like a crazy lady trying to keep track of them!  I'm in love with Krystal's fashion sense ... capris with knee highs.  :)

 

The next group of pics is over-kill, I know - but - I just laugh so much looking at them, I had to have them all in!  These guys take bumper cars uber serioso.  Check out Aaron's tongue!  ha.  Ty is looking slightly panicked for the big bump he's about to get.  :D

Marissa - "Ohhhhhh, it is O-on!!"  That's what her face says after she got double whammied by her brother AND her dad.  And, is it just me - or is Tyler's seatbelt clear up under his armpits?!  LOL.

My absolute FAVORITE!!  Marissa is in full on "get 'em back" mode.  LOL!  Check out that force she is putting into her "bump".  The neck!  Ohman.  So awesome.  Tyler looks preeeeeettty scared.  heehee.

A birthday night is not complete without cotton candy!

Yeah - we pretty much wore the littles out.  Rides, rollerblading, mini golf.  We didn't get home until after midnight.  They were beat. But happy!

Happy Happy Birthday, Miss Kryssie Pie.  Life would be soooooo boring without you.  You are the busiest little thing I've ever known - ambitious, talented, passionate, caring, friendly, and so much fun!  We all love you completely always and forever.  I see the love in Aaron and Marissa's eyes as they watch you and care for you.  You are our snuggle bunny and smiley pants.  Hope your day was grand.
