We got a new car. Yep - after spending most of our tax return to get our Ford Expedition fixed - our mechanic told us that once an Expedition has problems like ours had - it's a downhill battle. Ugh! We were able to trade it in for what we owed on it (minus the tires that we are still paying for :/) and get a mini van - much to Tyler's dismay! haha. It only had 35,000 miles on it - so it's a very new car for us - and we are really enjoying it so far. What a hassle car problems are - good grief!
Marissa and I got to attend the Young Women's General Conference - and, what a treat to be able to hear that Presidency speak for their last time before being released. It was incredible. I'm so lucky that I got to be there with MyMissyDee.
We have a cute group of girls in our ward. :)

Marissa got to spend some much needed time with her bff Sierra - and they found these extra special sweatshirts for like 2 bucks each. They were animal print or snow flake print ---> hahaha! You better believe that I got one too. They are the softest shirts any of us have ever had!!
Mr. Aaron graduated from the D.A.R.E. program at school. The guy that taught it was named Officer Sheriff. I thought that was pretty funny. :) Good Job, Aaron!
I'm grateful to have kids that choose the right and try their hardest.
I can't believe how old your kids are! Marissa is all grown up. Good job Aaron on graduating from DARE! Don't do drugs!
